Learn to go with the flow with Tai Chi Chuan! In this course, we will be studying the 67-movement Combined Style Tai Chi form, made popular by Master Bow Sim Mark, as well as learning about Taoist Qigong, meditation, Push-hands, and other internal martial arts. This course will help strength, flexibility, focus, and to bring peace to your life through this soft-impact martial art. The course will be between an hour to an hour and 15 minutes, and make sure to bring comfortable and flexible clothing! No prior knowledge of Tai Chi necessary.
