In Sanskrit, Chakra refers to wheels or disks. Of the many chakra centers located throughout the body, there are seven main centers. There are many tools and modalities to help keep these energy centers clear and balanced. Yoga is just one of these modalities. Join me EVERY Sunday at 6:00 pm for an hour of yoga to help align and balance the chakras so you can feel awake, empowered, and harmonized in all aspects of your life. The first step is awareness of habits and choices that are contributing to the imbalance. The second step requires consistent practice to build new habits and conscious choices that support a balanced chakra system and therefore a balanced life.
