Questions of Yoga

Yoga is a practice of inquiry and connection.

In this four-week series, we will explore four questions that lie at the root of any yoga practice. We will share in a class experience that offers the space for you to explore your own answers to them:

  1. What is yoga? (Feb. 6)
  2. Why yoga? (Feb. 13)
  3. How yoga? (Feb. 20)
  4. When yoga? (Feb. 27)

These questions will be addressed in four consecutive classes. Each will serve your practice well as a stand alone opportunity and as part of this “Questions of Yoga” series.

Each class will include a brief dharma talk that speaks to the day’s question, a guided meditation, and an asana practice.
