Meditative, calming, and focused flow practice that emphasizes the watery qualities of fluidity, grace, and serene strength. We emphasize conscious breath and intention as the linking mechanisms for all movement and awaken our subtle power through longer holds, balance work, and slower transitions to fosters greater presence, curiosity, and awareness of inner shifts and unfoldings. Meditation and breathwork (pranayama) as well as chanting may all be integrated to support and deepen the experience. Generous savasana to let go completely. All levels, though some familiarity with basic postures is helpful.
