Nourishing Practices for Sustainable Self-Care

This workshop provides the space not only to pause and exhale, but also the opportunity to learn practical and sustainable self-care strategies. It will begin with a discussion about using the practices of yoga and tools from psychology to support a healthy nervous system, reduce the impact of stress, and create a more balanced life. It will then move into a gentle asana practice and conclude with Yoga Nidra.
What to Bring:
Journal/paper, pen, yoga mat.
