Kelly Elliott

Kelly is a student of Yoga. She first discovered the practice in 1994 from the interest of her Grandmother. In the years that followed, she has enhanced her practice and has developed a deeper sense of physical strength, body awareness and spirituality. She received her 200hr Yoga certification at Pranava RYS in 2011 and since then as discovered a deep respect for the Iyengar tradition and a strong passion for the practice. She herself accepts scoliosis and other moderate pain and practicing Yoga has helped her mentally and physically so that she is able to live a more productive, youthful life. Kelly feels very blessed to have the opportunity not only to practice Yoga but to share the wonderful benefits of Yoga with others. “I found a book entitled, “How to Be Amazing at Anything.” It had only a single page inside and was just one word long: “PRACTICE”   ~ Unknown
