Yin
Do more with less! A slow and meditative practice that allows you time to marinate in mostly seated poses held for 3-5 minutes each, combined with some gentle and conscious movement. Yin is designed to create space in the body by gently loosening the fascia and lubricating the connective tissue. This is a practice of self-acceptance, compassion, and reverence. Many props and blankets are provided and students are encouraged to bring their favorite props to help them relax into and remember their divinity. This class is open to all levels.
