Join us for an immersive 2.5-hour Breathwork experience designed to support deep emotional release, regulate the nervous system, and offer a full-body energetic reset. This powerful practice invites you to reconnect with your breath, release what no longer serves you, and return to your natural state of clarity and calm.

Through conscious, connected breathing, you’ll shift out of the thinking mind and into the innate intelligence of your body—where healing, insight, and transformation live.

This experience includes:

• A 30-minute introduction to Breathwork, technique, and intention setting
• A guided 60-minute Breathwork journey followed by Savasana integration
• Space for reflection, optional sharing, and grounding practices
