Join Hannah, a certified yoga instructor and licensed occupational therapist with years of experience in mental health care, who will guide you through evidence-based therapies combined with yoga, breathwork, and sensory strategies. This workshop offers hands-on skills you can use every day to support your mental well-being, with open discussion, psychoeducation, and a 50-minute slow-flow yoga session.
