Jessica Pedregon
Growing up in a small town in Washington State, Jessica developed a deep appreciation for family and community. She moved away from home after marrying her high school sweetheart, who was in the service. She experienced various relocations, including living overseas, which fueled her love for exploring new cities, meeting new people, and savoring diverse cuisines. During this time her primary focus was building community, finding family outside of family and she loved going to the gym.
Jessica’s journey into Yoga began when a Yoga Teacher encouraged her to take her class on the spot, instead of a gym session. Funny enough, her name is also Jessica; She encouraged Jessica to grow in Yoga and maybe teach one day, She quickly fell in love with the focus, mindfulness, and deep stretching that the practice offered, discovering a profound sense of peace and balance. Yoga has since become an integral part of her path toward holistic well-being and inner harmony.
Upon moving to Colorado Springs, Jessica felt a strong calling to teach yoga and cultivate community. She completed her yoga teacher training and expanded her knowledge in wellness, mindfulness, meditation, and spirituality, emphasizing the mind-body connection. Yoga has transformed into her passion and purpose, guiding her toward a more balanced and holistic life.
Jessica is excited to collaborate with a team that values spirituality and community building centered around awareness and self-awareness. She is committed to creating a nurturing space for like-minded individuals focused on healing and growth. Through daily offerings of mental, spiritual, and physical support, Jessica helps individuals release tension, process trauma, and cultivate mindfulness through Yoga, embodying her commitment to holistic well-being and creating a transformative environment for those she works with.
