Kristen is an experienced and compassionate sound healing practitioner specializing in sessions for children and adults. With a deep understanding of the restorative powers of sound, Kristen helps individuals and groups tap into their mental, physical, and emotional well-being while finding balance and harmony in their lives.
In addition to her expertise as a sound healer, Kristen Harper is a certified mindfulness meditation specialist who started an LLC called “Mindful Balance for Kids,” and seamlessly integrates these modalities into her sound healing practice.

She has over 25 years of experience teaching children with cognitive learning challenges, with expertise in working with children diagnosed with dyslexia, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, Down syndrome, and those on the autism spectrum.
Kristen has developed a unique and practical approach to supporting well-being while offering her clients a comprehensive and transformative experience. She holds an M.A. in Early Childhood Education and a B.A. in Psychology and is certified as a health coach by the Health Coach Institute.
