Lisa Reid
Lisa found yoga in the spring of 2006 and fell in love instantly. Practicing and studying many forms until the winter of 2015 found her in teacher training. Yoga has reminded Lisa of the steps to take to heal and grow. Through this journey, she finds inspiration through motivating others.
Lisa is an inspired teacher who leads a dynamic and challenging class that is accessible to all levels. She provides a safe space for learning and an opportunity to build community. In her class you will have fun, learn, explore and maybe even dance!
Lisa is also an avid reader, writer, collector of stickers, eater of chips and an all-around family gal.
